What to Expect at Your Appointment

Medicare isn’t overwhelming when you have a partner who listens and guides you every step of the way. Our advisors provide clarity and help you find the right plan for your unique needs, budget, and lifestyle. Plus, there is never a fee for our services.

Preparing for Your Meeting

  • We will confirm your appointment by email, phone, or text message and include any actions you need to take.
  • We will email you instructions on how to upload your providers and prescriptions to our secure website so we may research them and show you Medicare plans that are right for you.
  • Before your appointment, you will be asked to sign and approve a Scope of Appointment form, which outlines the specific topics and types of information that our licensed advisor may discuss with you.
  • We will assist with applying for Medicare with Social Security if/when needed.

What to Bring

  • Any questions and concerns you may have
  • You may bring someone with you if you choose 
  • If you plan to continue working past age 65, bring details about your employer’s health plan: monthly premium, annual deductible, and out-of-pocket maximum
  • Medicare card (if you have one)

Zoom appointments: We will send you an email with instructions on how to access your appointment via Zoom on your computer or mobile device.

Phone appointments: Your advisor will call you at the scheduled time.
