What to Expect at Your Appointment

• We will confirm your appointment by email, phone, or text message and include any actions you need to take.
• We will email you instructions on how to upload your providers and prescriptions to our secure website so we may research them and show you Medicare or individual health plans that are right for you.
• Before your appointment, you will be asked to sign and approve a Scope of Appointment form, which outlines the specific topics and types of information that our licensed advisor may discuss with you.
• We will assist with applying for Medicare with Social Security if/when needed.

• Any questions and concerns you may have
• You may bring someone with you if you choose 
• If you plan to continue working past age 65, bring details about your employer’s health plan: monthly premium, annual deductible, and out-of-pocket maximum
• Medicare card (if you have one)

Appointments are available in-person, via video conference, or by phone.

Video appointments: We will send you an email with instructions on how to access your appointment on your computer or mobile device.

Phone appointments: Your advisor will call you at the scheduled time.
