By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive SMS (text) messages from a licensed health insurance agency/broker. Messages may include:

  • Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D plan information
  • Enrollment and renewal reminders (including Annual Enrollment Period communications)
  • Appointment confirmations and follow-ups
  • Account notifications and service updates
  • Marketing messages related to insurance products, where permitted

Opt-In Consent 

You will only receive messages if you have provided prior express consent through one or more of the following methods:

  • Website form submission
  • Verbal consent
  • Paper form or agreement
  • Other documented opt-in method

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary.

Message Frequency 

Message frequency varies based on user interaction, account activity, and enrollment periods. You may receive more frequent messages during enrollment periods or when action is required.

Opt-Out Information

You may opt out at any time. 

If you no longer wish to receive messages from us, please reply STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt back in.
